Making sure you are well prepared before your client arrives has lots of benefits to yourself, the client and the people you work with. When you are preparing yourself for work you will need to think about:
- Uniform
- Footwear
- Your hairstyle
- Jewellery
- Personal hygiene

LEARN & GROW
Create a poster or leaflet to show your clients different styling techniques. You can draw or use pictures from the internet. Remember to tell your clients the name of each technique and at least one benefit of why they may like to try the technique.
